I'...Karen, we will see how much success I have! I've been trying to not always use a geographic area to limit my search and to always search using bordering counties. In Illinois the township I was looking at crossed into 2 counties, so I was only getting results from the 1 county. As soon as I took the county name out and left just the township, voila! There my people were!Jennahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02918569120586036647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8814498784799497587.post-52348671336165236722012-04-23T18:25:06.587-05:002012-04-23T18:25:06.587-05:00This made me chuckle – in recognition! My family...Jenna, I struggle with this same issue. My family came from New Jersey to Ohio, then to Missouri. I know they lived in Illinois for a while, but can't figure out where. My husband's family took a route similiar to yours, apparently, stopping in Springfield, Illinois. I haven't really sat down and mapped out the routes very well, so I can search the surrounding counties. Did you have success??NoOceanInKansashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16237144751730157486noreply@blogger.com
